Who is responsible

Worxspace AG, Grienbachstrasse 17, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, is the controller for data processed through niivo.ai. For privacy requests write to hello@niivo.ai.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address, request time and browser type to deliver and secure the site. Vercel may process this data in the US and the EU.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics. It works without cookies and reports aggregated page views and referrers. We do not build profiles of individual visitors.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process the details you enter (such as name, email address, team size and your message) to answer you. They are stored in our CRM, Twenty, which is operated by Worxspace. We keep them as long as needed for the conversation and any resulting business, and delete them on request unless we must keep them by law.

Bot protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks technical signals in your browser to tell people from bots, and Cloudflare processes these for that purpose.

Booking calendar

The Calendly booking widget is loaded only after you click to open it. Then your browser connects to Calendly, and Calendly's privacy policy applies to what you enter there.

Cookies and advertising

We set no advertising or tracking cookies. Storage in your browser is limited to what the site needs to work, such as your language choice.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy in a common format, and you can object to processing. Send your request to hello@niivo.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
